Term
from 2019 to 2023
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 413326622
In the project M. Sos will study the role of MYC paralog activation in SCLC, employing computational genomics, to generate profiles of genomic and epigenomic alterations that lead to MYC paralog activation. Furthermore CRISPRa/dCas9 based cellular SCLC models and pharmacological perturbation experiments will be used to identify individual MYC paralogs to evaluate their impact on differentiation in SCLC and druggable vulnerabilities in these Tumors.
