Precarious popularity: political populism as delegitimization of administrative procedures (C08*)

The project examines the problems of populist communication at the level of administrative organizations. Theoretically, it focuses on the organizational level as the arena of conflicts aris-ing through the popularization of political participation (i.e. political inclusion); these conflicts are sharpened by populism. Empirically, the project discusses these organizational conflicts using the example of populist attacks on local government.
