The normative foundations of property: digital property (A06)

According to the results of the first funding phase, the normative foundations of property are constituted by freedom, the relationship to the world, and the inner limits of property. In this project, they will be concretized in relation to the ownership of digital infrastructures. The research hypothesis is that digital property corresponds to its normative foundations only if digital infrastructures are understood as use objects and organized in the form of communal and public property.
