The Specialized Information Service Benelux / Low Countries Studies (SIS Benelux) is a multidiciplinary one-stop provider of research literature, information and research-supporting services with respect to the culture and society of the Benelux countries. The service addresses researchers from the discipline of Dutch philology and researchers from the disciplines of history, political and social sciences, social and cultural anthropology, geography and regional studies who have a special interest in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The aim of the project is to provide a range of services that consider existing as well as future research interests in a flexible and demand-driven way. The idea is to create an infrastructure that offers tools and solutions for all phases of the scientific work cycle.
