The project’s goal is to develop the first attestation scheme for large and complex software systems. In particular, the project builds attestation schemes that efficiently detect control-flow and data-flow oriented attacks as well as micro-architectural attacks. For this, efficient attestation monitoring techniques, novel mechanisms for attestation reporting, and the efficient management of hardware trust will be developed. It will further provide the first verification method of attestation reports based on machine learning.
