In the third funding phase of the SFB/TR 103, the project A4 focuses on the application of atomic probe tomography to study the local composition of phases in alloys. Project A4 will use the newly developed protocol to produce samples with targeted defects using advanced electron microscopic techniques. Project A4 Measurements to characterize with atomic resolution the distribution of different alloying elements to specific defects arising during creep deformation in Co-based and Ni-based alloys and to interpret the observed microstructure.
