The Q1 core unit serves as a central technical platform supporting all workgroups with the primary goal to provide researchers of SFB/TRR 57 with a professional, standardized and reproducible analysis of hepatic and renal injury and fibrosis in tissues using histomorphological tools and a novel platform for centralized analysis of the inflammasome.
