Subproject develops levers and recommendations for the management of user-producer interactions across innovation processes of PSS. The integration of innovative users can support PSS providers in better reacting to external cycles (e.g. radical shifts in customer preferences) and in proactively shaping them. In funding period 3, focuses the management of the user-producer interface. The project investigates how users and producers can benefit from mutual learning processes across the innovation process and how mutual learning can enable better innovative outcomes on both sides. Through mutual learning with innovative users PSS providers can learn to proactively shape cycles of external user inputs.
