The IRTG ensures a well-founded scientific education of the doctoral researchers of the SFB. Starting in entrance projects, the excellent external applicants learn interdisciplinary skills in personalized courses and measures. Accompanying the daily scientific education in the projects, we offer advanced scientific and career supporting training. The study success is controlled by a point-based system. The science-oriented research and training program helps to promote the young researchers of the SFB and increase their career perspectives in science and industry.
