Depending on the process parameters, liquid metal penetration can occur during brazing (lead-free bronze on heat-treated steel). The causes are generally understood from a technical and metallurgical point of view. However, it is unclear which influencing factors are dominant for prevention. The aim of this project is to use the methods and models developed in the SFB 1120 to identify the influencing parameters that have a dominant effect on LMP during brazing on the basis of a specific problem of the project partner Kugler Bimetal and to avoid LMP
