FAIR research data management: Thermophysical properties and enzyme kinetics in deep eutectic solvents

In the proposed project SP2, two complementary research data management platforms for enzymatic data and for thermophysical data of deep eutectic solvent (DES) mixtures will be developed and applied in collaboration with the FOR 5730 partners for screening multidimensional parameter spaces and for the design of novel DES, improved enzymes, and optimized biocatalytic reaction systems. The platforms will provide access to data analysis and modelling tools, enable the exchange of data between the FOR 5730 partners by using standardized data exchange formats (EnzymeML, ThermoML), and support the publication of research results according to the FAIR principles. SP2 will closely collaborate with the FOR 5730 partners and provide training to the doctoral researchers.
