In dem Teilprojekt werden immunmodulatorische Statine als Therapieoption für die Multiple Sklerosegeprüft. Wirkmechanismen und Angriffspunkte in T-Zellen und die Beeinflussung regulatorischerMechanismen sollen in tierexperimentellen Untersuchungen und an Patientenmaterial aus einer PhaseII-Studie untersucht werden.
