Development of tailored protocols for tolerance induction by immunoablation and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in autoimmune diseases (12)

Im Teilprojekt wird die Transplantation autologer Stammzellen nach Hochdosis-Immunsuppressionzur Behandlung schwerer Autoimmunerkrankungen angewendet. Dabei soll untersucht werden, ob beider dadurch erzielten Etablierung eines "naiven" Immunsystems regulatorische Zellen oder ToleranzinduzierendeStrategien bedeutsam sind.
