Relevance of the Carnitine Transport Proteins OCTN1 and OCTN2 in Inflammatory Cardiomyopathy (C04)

Im Teilprojekt soll geprüft werden, ob die Expression und Funktion myokardialer Membrantransporterbei inflammatorischer Kardiomyopathie moduliert wird. Dabei soll die Lokalisation der MembrantransporterABCB1 (P-gp), ABCG2 (BCRP) und ABCC5 (MRP5) im Myokardgewebe von Patientenmit inflammatorischer Kardiomyopathie im Vergleich zu Kontrollen analysiert sowie die Bedeutunggenetischer Polymorphismen von ABCB1 und ABCG2 für die kardiale Expression aufgeklärt werden.
