This application addresses a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), which can be used for characterization of high-frequency and mm-Wave components and integrated circuits. This equipment characterizes transmission and reflection coefficients of a device under test. The requested equipment is supposed to be capable of performing 4-port measurements. Both amplitude and phase of the signals shall be measured. To extend the frequency range, additional frequency converters shall be used. At the Institute for CMOS Design, TU Braunschweig, measurements at D-Band of high interest. Numerous software options enable mathematical operations on the measured signals. Due to the large variety of different circuits developed at the institute, some of these software options are required.
