In accordance with the overarching goals of the DFG funding program "Open Access Publication Costs", the project applied for here aims to further promote the primary open access publication of research results at the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF) and thus make a concrete contribution to the open access transformation of scientific publishing. To achieve this goal, the existing workflows and structures for accounting for OA costs as well as the establishment of processes for monitoring publication costs and publication output will be further developed during the project period. In addition, the project will investigate and develop procedures for integrating OA costs into budget distribution as well as criteria for suitable distribution mechanisms.
