Part A: Magnon-phonon interactions and non-equilibrium dynamics of magnons in YIG: we shall calculate the non-equilibrium dynamics of the coupled spin-phonon system in YIG using non-perturbative methods; in particular, we shall solve the dissipative Landau-Lifshitz equation numerically.Part B: Theory of ultrasound in the vicinity of the dilute Bose gas quantum critical point: we shall calculate the ultrasound damping and the elastic constants in the vicinity of the magnetic-field induced quantum critical point separating the spiral antiferromagnetic phase from the saturated ferromagnetic phase in Cs2CuCl4Part C: Renormalization group approach to driven dissipative Bose systems: we shall investigate possible non-equilibrium fixed points associated with stationary states of these systems.
