Project A3 aim to target peculiar environments of massive star formation. We will focus on the infrared domain utilizing data of established and decommissioned instruments. Because of our instrument involvement, we will have guaranteed time observations with JWST, GRAVITY+, and METIS to access various star formation regions. The project plan seeks answers for questions regarding the role of the metallicity and multiplicity of massive star formation sites on scales ranging from a few AU to several 1000 AU.
