Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 493872418
This project will use spatially resolved single cell transcriptomics to map the cellular and molecular composition of primary neuroblastoma and assess the impact of cellular organization on treatment resistance and metastasis. The project is expected to yield novel predictive biomarkers and therapeutic approaches that target newly identified targets and act on mechanisms of resistance and metastasis. Steps will be taken to exploit the new findings diagnostically and therapeutically.
