The aim of the transfer project is the research of a holistic control concept for machine tools with magnetic guides (MG) using a frequency-selective setpoint distribution. Knowledge gained on requirements, design, control and operation of machine tools with MG will be transferred and holistic control concepts will be researched. Subsequently, the frequency-selective setpoint distribution is being implemented and the performance in the milling process is evaluated. To ensure good transferability to the industry, procedures for simplified commissioning of MF will be researched additionally.
