The objective of the transfer project is to demonstrate the applicability and limitations of the numerical methods developed in the subproject C6 for the prediction of vibration of aeroelastically coupled linear structures to realistic blades. For this purpose, various practical phenomena such as multi-resonances and transient resonance crossings of mistuned nonlinear structures are investigated experimentally and numerically for the first time in order to provide important insights for the design process.
