Predicting therapy response and relapse of aggressive B cell lymphomas (C03*)

Project C3 will investigate molecular mechanisms that allow the diffuse large B cell lymphomas (DLBCL) to escape chemo-immune therapies. We will combine genotyping with spatial analysis of cancer tissues by new imaging and machine-learning techniques. We will correlate genetic determinants of tumor escape with tumor micro-environment data, including density and spatial distribution of immune cells, to map evolutionary mechanisms of treatment evasion.
