The subproject B01 aims to transform the sequential design process of offshore megastructures into a continuous, integrated design methodology. The manifold couplings between the design variants generated solely from the load-bearing behaviour and the subsequently investigated life cycle phases of production, installation, operation, and decommissioning are to be integrated into the design process by means of suitable machine learning methods.
