The aim of the Specialised Information Service (Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism digital) is to cover the information requirements for top-level research in the field of civil engineering, architecture and urban studies with a focus on digital methods and technologies and to ensure the exchange of 2D and 3D research data and their archiving through an innovative repository. To this end, a differentiated and sustainable service offering is to be developed in close cooperation with the specialist community, which will be offered via a functionally mature barrier-free portal. As a central research and information platform, the BAUdigital portal primarily serves the methodical networking of the disciplines addressed in the cluster - from the digital design and planning processes in architecture, urban planning and landscape planning, the digital methods of construction research to structural engineering, building informatics and construction operation with their digital processes of automated building production.
