In conformity with the title of the project aiming at a “complete edition” from the outset, and in accordance with its application, the research data obtained by the above-mentioned long-term project are supposed to be published in printing.Books 1-6.1 of the Mokṣopāya, which falls into 6 books, have already been published accordingly.Edition:Volumes 1-3 (2011), Vol. 4 (2012), Vol. 5 (2013), 6.1 (2018), a total of 24.503 couplets.Translation:Volumes 1-2 (2014), Vol. 4 (2013), Vol. 5 (2015), 6.1 (2018), a total of 18.237 couplets.Running commentary:Vol. 4 (2016)The previous project sections have yielded 10 published volumes with 4.194 printed pages in total. Four volumes (2 volumes for the edition, another two for the translation) are still awaiting their publication. Overall, the completed edition will comprise 14 volumes.The edited text and its German translation of the sixth and final book („Nirvāṇa“) in process had to be divided into three volumes each of equal size of approximately 5,000 stanzas each.The second volume (critical text) is now ready for printing. With its 5,237 couplets, it represents the second third of the complete Nirvāṇaprakaraṇa.The critical edition of volume 6.2 applied for here contains 544 pages.The subsidy for this volume as calculated by the publishers is 5,000.00 EUR gross.
