Project Description

The interaction of a quantum emitter with a metal nanostructure can result in the modification of the emission properties of the emitter. Using a low-temperature ultrafast pump-probe experiment, we will study the dynamics of such hybrid nanostructures. The main components of the experiment are an ultrafast laser system, a delay line, a He-cryostat and a spectrometer system.
