Vector-boson scattering at the LHC is accompanied by two jets, arising from scattered quarks. The lack of color exchange between the quarks results in suppressed hadronic/jet activity between these jets, which is used for signal identification. We will calculate distributions for this hadronic activity at NLO QCD, matched to the parton shower simulation of event generators, creating a precision tool for the study of vector-boson scattering.
