Project C4|Netz deals with investigations of liquid interfaces on fluorinated SAMs using classical MD simulations to study wetting with oils and water as a function of the degree of fluorination. Classical MD simulations are also used to study the structure formation of partially fluorinated peptides. In addition, coarse-grained simulations are used to systematically study the relationship between the morphology of self-assembled supermolecular structures of fluorinated amphiphiles.
