This proposal is the fifth application of Heidelberg University within the DFG-program “Open Access Publishing”. It is the last application of Heidelberg University within this funding program.The proposal shall perpetuate the Open Access publishing fund established at Heidelberg University in 2014 in a way that the established institutional structures to fund article processing charges will persist after DFG’s financial support has ended.
