Project Description

Project C04 fabricates Co-based spinel and La-Co-based perovskite oxide systems in form of thin film materials libraries by reactive combinatorial sputter deposition. The compositional influence of different transition metals (e.g., Fe, V, Al) as well as the influence of processing parameters on structural and functional properties of the systems is systematically investigated by high-quality high-throughput characterization methods.
