Term since 2018
Project identifier Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 388390466

Project Description

Project C03 provides metal-doped spinel nanoparticles (Co1–xAx)(Fe2–yBy)O4 containing redox-active/ inactive divalent (A = Mg, Mn, Zn) and trivalent cations (B = Al, Mn, Cr, V) with tailored composition, size, and morphology in solution-based processes. In addition, molecular Co-oxo complexes with defined molecular structure, which serve as model systems for the rather complex geometrical surface structure of a heterogeneous (insoluble) nanocatalysts, are provided.
