Evolutionary models for spatially structured tumors (B06)

The project will build spatially structured population genetics models for tumor evolution, including cell migration and clonal interference, and will develop methods to infer evolutionary parameters from tumor sequence data. These data and models will be used to predict the likelihood of resistance mutations in solid tumors under therapy.
