Adaptive immune control of evolving pathogens (B03+)

Project B3 will model and infer selection on B cell immune repertoires, which is a key building block of evolutionary models for broadly neutralizing antibodies. Based on these models, the project will develop a stochastic control theory for HIV antibodies that predicts optimal protocols to elicit broad neutralization characteristics.
