Epigenetic dysregulation in clear cell renal cell carcinoma metastasis (B10*)

Project B10 draws upon work implicating the VHL and PBRM1 tumor suppressors in the regulation of histone methylation and epigenetic control of gene expression. The involvement of epigenetic dysregulation of VHL and PBRM1-regulated target genes in different aspects of the metastatic cascade will be addressed. B 10 (N) is part of the epigenetics in metastasis focus and will contribute its MuLE system to CRC 850 that permits the simultaneous introduction of multiple genetic alterations into mammalian cells.
