The contents of the Emerald Business, Management and Economics eBook Collection from 1991 to 2016 are made available to academic institutions and to authorized private users in Germany as a national license. The license includes the classic added value components of Alliance Licenses. The publications of the Emerald Publishing House belong to the standard literature in economics, but Emerald also offers a strong segment of publications in engineering and social sciences. With the licensing of the Emerald Business, Management and Economics eBook Series Collection, access to a significant portfolio of English-language e-books in the central research area of economics will be made possible across Germany, and the international orientation of the discipline will be further strengthened. The license supplements existing national and consortium licenses negotiated by the ZBW and thus provides a valuable additional resource for the German research landscape in the field of economics.
