Final Report Abstract

Wir konnten zeigen, dass Autophagie in Fibroblasten bei Patienten mit SSc vermehrt aktiv ist durch eine TGFβ-vermittelte Hemmung von MYST1, dass vermehrte Autophagie Fibroblasten-zu-Myofibroblastendifferenzierung induziert und fibrotischen Gewebeumbau induzieren und dass eine Hemmung der Autophagie, entweder durch Reexpression von MYST1 oder durch den pharmakologischen Inhibitor 3-MA die Fibroblasten-zu-Myofibroblastendifferenzierung und den Gewebeumbau hemmen.
