Trough the development of coated hollow fibre optics, radiation like hard-X-Rays or gamma-radiation should be guided like in an endoscope exactly to their location where they are needed like a tumour. Compared to the classical therapies in oncology a new possibility of a very preserver body tissues could be offered.By these new X-Ray endoscopes, pictures in medical technology with hard X-Ray or gamma radiation could be taken not only by the classical way (out to in), they could be taken in a completely new way (in to out). By the use of flexible X-Ray endoscopes many predominant new applications in medical technologies could be open.
