Project Description

An off-line quality control tool is developed based on the established monitoring data. The obtained signals from the spraying protocol are compared with the signals of an optimal parameter settings and the actual deviation are determined. Based on the determined deviations is the decision made whether the coating quality produced is sufficient. The coating thickness measurement is performed in-situ by optical methods. Another focus is the development of a measuring device for determining and monitoring of relevant spray jet characteristics.
