Project Details
Investigation of the Ultrafast Dynamics of Heteropolycycles with Multidimensional Femtosecond Spectroscopy (B04)
Subject Area
Physical Chemistry of Molecules, Liquids and Interfaces, Biophysical Chemistry
Term
since 2017
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 281029004
This project builds upon on our recent work within the SFB 1249 on the multidimensional spectroscopy of N-heteropolycycles using 2D electronic spectroscopy, time-resolved vibrational spectroscopy and transient absorption. We aim to combine the information gained by application of different (nonlinear) optical methods to novel N-heteropolycycles with machine learning methods to extract structural and ultrafast kinetic information.
