The aim of this project is to identify the DC subset(s) and molecular mechanism that induce(s) Tfh cells during viral infection and will characterize the corresponding transcriptional and co-stimulatory pathways involved in DC-T cell interactions that drive this T cell fate decision by using novel single cell methods.
