Term
since 2017
Project identifier

Studies of neutrinos have already brought many surprises, and more can be expected, potentially pointing the way beyond the Standard Model (SM). N02 will focus on precision measurements of critical oscillation parameters and perform stringent tests of neutrino modeling within and beyond the SM. We are recognized leaders in the JUNO and IceCube experiments with access to rich new data - critical for extracting high-precision measurements, and we have expertise in statistical methods and global analyses. Altogether, we will test the validity of the SM description of neutrinos, as well as beyond the SM approaches.
