Project Details
Magnetoelectric sensor characterization (Z02)
Subject Area
Electronic Semiconductors, Components and Circuits, Integrated Systems, Sensor Technology, Theoretical Electrical Engineering
Term
since 2016
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 286471992
The service project focusses on the metrological analysis of ME sensors and systems from the A and B projects and is carried out in close cooperation with almost all CRC projects. This functional evaluation targets on quantifying the performance variability of the sensors due to their complex fabrication processes. Furthermore, the project continues its productive cooperation with PTB to establish uniform technical magnetometer standards. The project aims to optimize the properties of selected ME sensor systems for individual medical applications by providing comprehensive support in the selection and integration of sensors.
