The theoretical project investigates the many-body dynamics of photons coupled to Rydberg atoms under conditions of electromagnetically induced transparency. The quasi-particles generated by this coupling, called Rydberg polaritons are strongly interacting. In particular we will investigate the fractional quantum Hall effect of theses Rydberg polaritons in an artificial magnetic field.
