Aim of the project is a deeper knowledge of the social structure of Bandkeramik society, the regional variation and changes in the course of time. Not fully exhausted information in published data will be the main source.Questions of special interest- show the differences between groups of houses of the same settlement local or regional patterns?- is it possible to find regional differences (different "Wohnplatz" models, different position of gender and age groups)- are there far-reaching common trends in changes from earliest LBK to Flomborn and to late LBK?
