Microorganisms: Culturing, phylogenetic analysis, genetic engineering and microscopy (Z02)

Core project Z2 will provide support in targeted isolation and taxonomic classification of host-associated bacteria and random mutagenesis in selected bacteria. Z2 will further coordinate a platform for microscopic analysis of host-microbe interactions. Based on the central microscopy facility, Z2 assist the CRC projects in the microscopic analysis of host-microbe interactions and the associated functions.
