The Z1 core project is responsible for the administration and coordination of all activities of the CRC 1182, including scientific and financial accounting, organization of seminars, retreats, conferences, the training program for the junior researchers within the Lynn-Margulis academy, and the implementation of measures to promote equal opportunities and diversity. Z1 will further coordinate integration of the CRC 1182 Mercator fellow.
