Project Description

Aim of the proposed project is to engineer the direct assembly of hierarchically ordered porous materials by two photon polymerization (2PP). To achieve this, a new class of resin compounds will be explored. The resins, that are structured during the 2PP contain nanoporous MOF nanoparticels. The latter are functionalized to allow the proper embedding in a polymer matrix. This strategy allows the fabrication of nanocomposit materials containing nano- and macropores. The resulting materials will be characterized by common methods, especially sorption measurements with regard to the accessability of the nanopores
