With the aim to draw a stronger profile in the structure of a modern youth welfare service, the research training group expands its main focus from three previous to four objects of research interest and will also open it for possibilities of other scientific points of view that might come with the new included petitioners. As a consequence it might be realistic to expect a brighter circle of possible scholars. The three previous objects of research included:1. The organization-related research of youth welfare service, which reconstructs the process of institutionalisation for public and free sponsors of youth welfare service and which analyses current developments of organizations';'2. The professional and personnel-related research of youth welfare service, which assesses developments in the personnel structure of youth welfare service and examines models of the competence of action at work and professional knowledge';'3. The disciplinary-related research of youth welfare service, which carries out the systematic determining of location of youth welfare service and its theoretical development within the scientific system.In agreement with the original planning and with the respects of the experts in the second period of this program a fourth object of research and main focus is included additionally:4. The client-related research of youth welfare service, which moves the situations of the client into the view of research as well as their lifestyle and methods of coping, but also the labelling process that occurs through the system of service.
