The aim of this Graduiertenkolleg is a synthesis of different scientific disciplines: pharmaceutical chemistry (especially synthesis of drugs and analytics), pharmaceutical biology, pharmaceutical technology and pharmacology. The program accompanies and supports young researchers and specialists during their progress of their thesis in order to improve their individual knowledge by offering interdisciplinary contacts. The program includes seminars and workshops on special research projects on drug development - from chemical synthesis to aspects of drug admission - involving distinguished scientists from all over Europe.
