The CRC’s Integrated Research Training Group (IRTG) provides advanced, program-specific training to the PhD students in the CRC. Among other measures, this includes annual interdisciplinary summer schools, annual PhD workshops operated by the PhD students, research stays abroad, soft skills courses and career development measures as well as a workshop series with the aim of awareness-raising on gender and diversity issues.
